Murli Prasad Singh was a distinguished officer in the Bihar Administrative Service (BAS), known for his commitment to public service and governance excellence.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Bhagalpur University in 1990, and later pursued Master of Arts in History from Nalanda Open University, Patna in 2005. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Patna University (2001).
Mr. Singh joined Bihar Administrative Service in 2010, where he has held several key administrative and leadership positions, including:
• SDM, Paliganj, Lakhisarai
• DPRO, Saran
• PS to Honourable Ministers of various departments, GoB
