NO, There is no provision of change in details filled during One Time Registration(OTR). E.g. Name of the candidate, Father's name, Mother's name, Gender, Aadhaar and Date of birth filled in the OTR form cannot be changed. So please fill the details in OTR carefully.

YES, In profile tab you can Add/update/change details in qualification/Experience/Other information. As per requirement in advertisement you can Add/update/change details.
For one advertisement / post Only one online payment is needed during process online application . in case of double payment or amount deducted twice you may claim/ raise for refund /chargeback of the extra transaction through your bank (except the one used for application). You have to email your bank in which you have your account. You should write CHARGEBACK in the subject and attach the transaction ID document. You can visit the notice of BPSC website dated 29.04.2024.
